USS Hancock (CV-19) was an American aircraft carrier under which the keel was laid in January 1943, was launched in January 1944, and was commissioned in the US Navy in April 1944. The length of the ship - at launch - was 271 m, the width of the waterline 28 m, and the full buoyancy - 41.700 tons. The maximum velocity of the aircraft carrier USS Hancock reached 33 knots, and its main armament constituted from 90 to 100 aircraft on board.
