1. About Us

“Hobbyrama”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the owner and operator of this website and retail store located in Brisbane, Australia.

2. Your Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent of a parent/guardian, to purchase from our site. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Orders & Formation of Contract

Your order is an offer to buy the product(s). We will email an order acknowledgment; acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order prior to dispatch where stock is unavailable, pricing/description errors occur, or fraud checks fail. Any amounts paid will be promptly refunded for cancelled orders.

4. Pricing, Payments & Promotions

  • All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to acceptance/dispatch.
  • Promotions and coupon codes are subject to stated terms and end dates; single use per customer unless expressly stated.

5. Shipping, Risk & Click & Collect

Dispatch times shown at checkout are estimates. Title to the goods passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery to the address you provide or when collected in-store. Please inspect packages on arrival and notify us promptly of any transit issues.

6. Returns, Change of Mind & Faulty Items

Our policies are designed to be fair and consistent. Please review the following pages before lodging a request:

For items claimed as faulty, we may require the product to be returned for inspection/testing (including manufacturer assessment). If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund (including reasonable return postage) consistent with the Australian Consumer Law. If no defect is found, we will return the item to you; return postage may be payable.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website (including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
