The BM-14 was developed in the early 1950s as a successor to the famous WWII "Katyusha" (BM-13) launcher. It features 16 launch tubes for 140mm rockets and was widely used by the Soviet Army and exported to countries like Algeria, Egypt, Syria, and Vietnam.
