A water-based matte coating agent for surface finishing. By using high-quality raw materials that minimize the phenomenon of whitening caused by overspraying, it is possible to eliminate gloss while preserving the color texture of the painted surface. It is effective on the skin tones of not only military models but also figures. Since it is water-based, it can be used on painted surfaces of water-based hobby colors, acrision colors, and Mr. colors.
