Gecko Models 1:35 WWII German 4x4 7.5cm Pak 40 Tractor C8 Beutewagen Plastic Model Kit

The German military repurposed captured British C8 utility vehicles as gun tractors during World War II, designating them Beutewagen (war booty vehicles). The C8's rugged four-wheel drive chassis and reliable drivetrain proved suitable for towing the 7.5cm Pak 40 anti-tank gun, a highly effective anti-armour weapon.

The vehicle's all-terrain capability and load capacity were well-suited to the demands of mobile anti-tank operations. German forces made tactical modifications including reinforced towing apparatus, additional ammunition storage, and crew equipment provisions to adapt the British platform for its new role.
