Revell 1:720 U.S.S. Enterprise

The nuclear-powered Enterprise is the first aircraft carrier of its kind and one of the largest ships ever built. On November 25th, 1961 this gigantic aircraft carrier was put into service. Eight water-cooled reactors generate a total of 300,000 hp, with which the ship can reach an average speed of 35 knots. The displacement is 75,700 tons and the flight deck is 76.8 meters wide. An average of 414 officers and 4,260 crew members are on board. Since the Enterprise is independent of external supplies due to its nuclear propulsion, large fuel depots are available for the aircraft on board. The largest and most modern aircraft in the US Navy can be deployed from the Enterprise.
