Tamiya 1:700 Aircraft Carrier Shokaku

This is an assembly kit of the Shokaku, which was a mainstay of the Japanese Navy's Mobile Fleet from the start of WWII to when she was sunk by U.S. submarines at the Battle of the Philippine Sea. This model depicts the ship as she appeared in early WWII, during operations such as the attack on Pearl Harbor and the Battle of the Eastern Solomons.

Markings are included for the white lines and landing markers on the flight deck, as is a full set of aircraft including Mitsubishi A6M2 fighters and Aichi D3A bombers.
