New mould! The F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet is a U.S. Navy fighter-bomber. The E type is a single-seat, and the F type is a double-seat version. The existing F/A-18 (A-D type) Hornet was redesigned to increase the payload, extend the cruising range, and improve mobility by increasing the size of the aircraft. Deployed in place of the F-14 Tomcat, it is currently the flagship aircraft of the U.S. Navy.
