The AH-64D is an American four-blade, twin turboshaft attack helicopter that houses two pilots. It features a nose-mounted sensor which gives it its iconic look. It was specifically designed for attacking and destroying enemy armour. It is armed with a rapid firing 30mm chain gun, Stinger and Hellfire missiles. The D-model has upgraded avionics contained in larger fairings on each side of the cockpit.
