The world’s first supersonic passenger aircraft became a Tu-144. It was designed by A.N. Tupolev Design Bureau. The maiden flight of the prototype was in December 31, 1968 (two month earlier than British-French Concorde).

  • Scale: 1:144 scale plastic model kit (not assembled)
  • Number of parts: 108
  • Model size: 465 x 200 mm
  • Adjustable Nose: The "droop snoot" forward fuselage can be built in either the takeoff/landing (down) or cruise (up) position
  • Retractable Canards: Can be modeled as either deployed for low-speed handling or stowed for supersonic flight
  • Decals: Includes a sheet with two decal versions
  • Detailed Landing Gear: The main gear features highly detailed struts and wheels; however, the assembly is complex and requires following the included addendum sheet
  • Control Surfaces: Includes positionable elevons and a positionable rudder

This kit is a detailed scale model for hobbyists. Glue and paint sold separately. Contains small parts. Actual product may vary slightly from the pictures shown.
