Following these exploits, Captain Morgan found himself imprisoned in England the next year. However, his story didn't end there. Eventually, he returned to Jamaica, where he assumed roles as a judge and governor. Sadly, Henry Morgan's life came to a close in 1688 in England after a prolonged illness.
